Venkata S. Sagi, M. D.

Venkata S. Sagi, M. D. specializes in Electrophysiology. Dr. Sagi received his M. B. B. S. from Andhra Medical, Affiliate of University of Health Sciences in India where he finished in the top ten percent of his class. He performed his Internship at Andhra Medical before coming to the United States to perform his Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Electrophysiology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Sagi performed additional Fellowships in Cardiology at Lousiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana and in Electrophysiology at the University of Missouri at Kansas City/Mid-America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Sagi is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and an affiliate member of the Heart Rhythm Society. During his graduate training, Dr. Sagi received awards for his performance as a Medical Intern and Resident. He has also been the recipient of the Edgar E Hull Award in Cardiology.
