SHG Hires Director of Business Relations

In keeping with our efforts to ensure a continuous dialogue between our practice and the medical communities that we serve, we are proud to announce the addition of Amanda Iannone to our team as Director of Business Relations. A native of the Jacksonville area, Amanda brings with her a wealth of experience and success in servicing the unique needs of the health care community in today’s environment.

After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Amanda relocated to the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina. While starting off in the laboratory environment, she displayed a special skill for cultivating client relationships and gradually from there, spent several years developing business relations for global biotech, health care, and pharmaceutical companies. Upon returning to North Florida, Amanda joined one of the world’s leading health care companies and achieved unprecedented success in managing the largest geographical and volume producing territory in the nation. Her accomplishments earned special recognition and multiple awards including a nomination for the company’s highest honor, The President’s Award.

In her capacity as Director of Business Relations, Amanda will serve as the primary liaison between Southern Heart Group and the communities that we serve including community physicians, local hospitals, and area businesses and organizations.
